A surprisingly large family room up the tight small staircase. Your eye will be drawn to the Black original fireplace and hearth topped off with more earthy dark Oak beams. A set of pine bunk beds and a king sized bed with a lush new mattress. All beds with sumptuous patchwork quilt matching linen. Bedside tables and a gentleman's wardrobe complete with hanging rails and drawers. TV with built in DVD player. Views from the bedroom window passed the school onto the mountains in the distance.
The small patio area to the rear with a fence and gate across just right for a BBQ in the summer. Grass area in front of the window to sit and take in the views. Although the road does run front and rear of Cenfaes it still maintains the rural feel as you take in the mountainous skyline. For kids the school opposite does have a play area to use with supervision. Lock for bicycles is planned to be provided to the rear of the property accessed by the gate to the rear.
